- Test all windows & doors for proper security-Found balcony door unlocked, 2nd floor, north side, east door. Locked it.
- Inspect interior for proper cleaning-OK
- Inspect interior for maintenance needs-OK
- Check AC/heat for settings and function-Reset from Cool Mode to Auto Mode at settings below.
- Inspect for missing or damaged items-OK

MONTHLY INSPECTIONS (WATCH DOG Plus Customers Only)
- Test all lights and change bulbs as necessary-Replaced closet bulb, master bedroom.
- Test smoke alarms and change low batteries-Smoke alarms inconsistent when tested. Replaced batteries on all
that didn't activate on first press.
- Test all faucets and toilets for proper operation-OK
- Check washer connections for leaks-Small leak in cold water connection. Recommend having a plumber fix.
- Check dishwasher connections for leaks-OK
- Inspect refrigerator for leaks & proper operation-OK
- Test cook top, oven and vent fan for proper operation-OK
- Inspect hot water heater for leaks & proper operation-OK
- Inspect A/C handlers for proper operation-OK.
- Check A/C filters and change as necessary-OK.
- Check elevator for proper operation-NONE
NEW REMARKS:
- Seasonal pollen is collecting on front porch. Recommend light pressure wash.
- Peeling paint on east exterior wall, above northernmost window (see photo). Recommend professional scrape, re-
prime and re-paint area.
- Verified fan switch in off position, 2nd floor, north balcony at owner’s request
- Small leak in cold water washer connection draining into drain. Recommend having plumber fix.
PREVIOUS REMARKS: • Raw wood where entry gate rubs post. Recommend paint touch up. • Various small window screen tears. Recommend replacement. • Evidence of moisture bubbling paint on north exterior wall. Recommend professional examine and advise. Thank you for your business!
