house during the 26 weeks when no one's there?
WATCH DOG to the rescue! We'll obtain your rental
schedule so we know in advance when your home
should be occupied and when it shouldn't.
If your home is rented during our scheduled visit,
we'll walk the perimeter to inspect for maintenance
and make observations about your tenant. We won't disturb them if everything
looks in order, and your report will include a note to that effect.
If we spot anything that jeopardizes your home like too many cars, a loud
group of college kids, or an unauthorized wedding reception, we'll call it to
your attention immediately. At your request WATCH DOG will make an
unannounced walk through and send you a detailed follow-up report.
