PERIODIC SURVEILLANCE

  • We cruise slowly by your home nearly every day looking for
    signs of trouble. If we get suspicious, we stop and check
    things out.

WEEKLY INSPECTIONS

  • Inspect grounds for debris & maintenance needs
  • Inspect exterior of building for signs of intrusion
  • Inspect exterior for maintenance needs
  • Check security system for proper operation
  • Inspect interior for signs of intrusion
  • Test all windows & doors for proper security
  • Inspect interior for proper cleaning

  • Check AC/heat for settings and function
  • Inspect for missing or damaged items
  • Photograph any problems
  • Email weekly report with recommendations & photos

MONTHLY INSPECTIONS

  • Test all lights and change bulbs as necessary

  • Inspect hot water heater for leaks & proper operation

  • Email monthly report with recommendations & photos
