Cottages. Anderson began with the company as a salesperson and became Vice
President of Sales and Development shortly thereafter. His management scope
included every aspect of company operations including strategic planning,
acquisitions, planning and zoning, land development, design coordination,
advertising and marketing, sales and general administration. Additionally he served
as President and Broker for the company’s in-house real estate firm Coast Cottage
Properties, Inc.
